अगर आप पिछले कुछ दिनों से Instagram खोल रहे हैं, तो आपने ज़रूर नोटिस किया होगा — हर दूसरी Story पर लोग अपनी normal selfie के बगल में एक "80's वाली" फोटो लगा रहे हैं। Feathered hair, बड़े shoulder pads वाली jacket, studio backdrop, और वो पुराने ज़माने वाला हल्का grainy look। पहली बार देखकर मुझे भी लगा कि शायद किसी ने पुरानी family album से फोटो स्कैन की है — लेकिन नहीं, ये पूरी तरह AI-generated है, और सबसे मज़े की बात, इसके पीछे कोई महंगा टूल नहीं, बस ChatGPT है।
मैंने खुद पिछले हफ्ते इस ट्रेंड को try किया, कुछ prompts पर research की, और कई versions टेस्ट किए। इस पोस्ट में मैं वो सारे prompts share कर रहा हूं जो सच में अच्छा result देते हैं, साथ में कुछ practical tips भी जो मैंने खुद experience से सीखी हैं।
ये ट्रेंड आखिर है क्या?
बेसिकली, आप अपनी कोई भी current फोटो ChatGPT में upload करते हैं, और उसे एक detailed prompt देते हैं जो उसे बताता है कि आपकी hairstyle, outfit, lighting, और background सब कुछ 1980's के हिसाब से बदल दे — लेकिन आपका चेहरा वैसा ही रहे। यही वो हिस्सा है जो इसे सिर्फ एक फिल्टर से अलग बनाता है। ये कोई Instagram filter नहीं है जो सिर्फ रंग बदल दे — ये पूरी फोटो को दोबारा "बनाता" है, आपकी identity बनाए रखते हुए।
सबसे ज़रूरी चीज़ जो मैंने सीखी — अगर आप identity lock वाली लाइन prompt में नहीं डालते, तो ChatGPT अक्सर आपका चेहरा बदल देता है या ओवर-स्मूथ कर देता है। तो हर prompt के शुरुआत में एक common instruction ज़रूर add करें।

Best Results के लिए कुछ Practical Tips:पहली बार में हर prompt perfect result नहीं देता, ये मैंने खुद experience किया। कुछ चीज़ें जो मदद करती हैं:
• अगर background में कोई modern चीज़ (smartphone, LED light, flat screen) दिख जाए, तो उसे specifically मेंशन करके हटाने को कहें — जैसे "remove any modern objects from the background.
• अगर पहला result अच्छा ना आए, तो पूरा prompt दोबारा मत लिखिए — बस बोलिए "keep everything the same but fix [specific issue]," ये ज़्यादा accurate result देता है।
• हमेशा clear, well-lit, front-facing फोटो अपलोड करें — blurry या angle वाली फोटो पर identity lock ठीक से काम नहीं करता।
मेरी निजी राय:
सच कहूं, मुझे शुरुआत में लगा था कि ये सिर्फ एक और "फिल्टर ट्रेंड" होगा जो हफ्ते भर में भूल जाएगा — जैसे पहले Studio Ghibli वाला ट्रेंड आया और गया। लेकिन जब मैंने खुद try किया, तो समझ आया कि इसमें actual prompt engineering की समझ चाहिए, सिर्फ एक बटन दबाने से काम नहीं चलता। यही वजह है कि जो लोग सही prompt structure समझते हैं, उनकी फोटो genuinely बेहतर और ज़्यादा viral-worthy बनती है, बाकियों के मुकाबले।
एक चीज़ जो मुझे थोड़ी सोचने पर मजबूर करती है — ये ट्रेंड मज़ेदार ज़रूर है, लेकिन इसमें आप अपनी personal photo किसी third-party AI टूल को दे रहे हैं। तो अगर आप privacy को लेकर थोड़े भी सावधान हैं, तो अपनी photo और उसकी usage policy एक बार ज़रूर पढ़ लें, especially अगर आप कोई बहुत personal या private फोटो इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।
Overall, अगर आप बस थोड़ी nostalgia और मज़ा चाहते हैं, तो ये ट्रेंड try करने लायक है। बस ऊपर दिए गए identity-lock वाली लाइन कभी मत भूलिए — यही फर्क डालती है एक अच्छी 80's फोटो और एक random AI face के बीच।
